Service Description
Included in your party package: • Admission for up to 12 children • up to 12 pairs of Sweet Love Kid Play kid socks (required for all children and adult guests). Sweet Love Kid Play Adult socks are not included. Sweet Love Kid Play socks are available for purchase at $2.50 each. • Admission for additional children is $16.25 per child up to 25 children. Capacity of 60 people in total. Theme decoration of choice – balloon garland, Theme birthday banner Themed Tablecloth, plates, napkins Food – juice or water provided for kids, 2 large cheese pizza Dedicated party host with setup, service and clean up. You will be allowed to set up 30 minutes prior to party time and will be given 15 minutes after for tear down. Clean-up begins after cake (children are welcome to continue playing after eating; we just ask that they wipe their hands before re-entering the play area). If exceeds allotted time, $55 will automatically be charged in 30 mins increments). - To ensure a smooth check-in, please have all guests complete their waivers in advance at www.sweetlovekidplay.com. Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions 1. Deposit & Payments: A non-refundable deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged one week before the event using the provided credit card. 2. Contract Due: This signed contract must be submitted within one week of booking. 3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled event. 4. Guest Limit: The party package includes a set number of guests. Additional guests will incur extra charges. 25 children and 60 people max. 5. Arrival & Departure: Party hosts may arrive up to 30 minutes before the event for setup, and an additional 15 minutes will be allocated for take down. Hosts will assist with setup, cleanup, and serving pizza and cake. Extra time past the 15-minute take down window will incur a $55 overtime charge per 30-minute increment, automatically applied. 6. Outside Food & Beverages: Outside food is allowed; however, hosts must clean any excessive spills. Coolers may be brought for extra beverages for adults and children but must remain at the front. 7. Decorations: All decorations can only be put up with Command strips. Command strips will not be provided. All decorations brought must be taken down and removed with you. No glitter or confetti are allowed. Any decorations left there will be a $25 disposal fee and balloons will be a $50 disposal fee. 8. Socks Requirement: All guests, including children and adults, are required to wear Sweet Love Kid Play socks. DIY, Basic and Theme Parties includes up to 12 Children socks. Custom Theme includes up to 20 Children socks. No exceptions. Socks may be purchased at Sweet Love Kid Play. 9. Waiver Requirement: All guests must sign a waiver at www.sweetlovekidplay.com. 10. Damages & Liability: The host is responsible for any damages caused by guests. Furniture should not be moved if moved you are responsible for original placement. $25 fee for furniture moving back to original place.
