Service Description
Included in your party package: • Admission for up to 20 children • up to 20 pairs of Sweet Love Kid Play kid socks (required for all children and adult guests). Adult socks not included. Sweet Love id Play socks are available for purchase at $2.50 each. • Admission for additional children is $16.25 per child up to 25 children. Capacity of 60 people in total. Theme decoration of choice – large balloon garland, backdrop, balloon decorations. Themed - Tablecloth, plates, napkins Food – juice or water provided for each child, 4 large cheese pizza, fruit platter, 24 color of choice cupcakes. Dedicated party host with setup, service and clean up. Arrival & Departure Policy Party hosts may arrive up to 20 minutes before the event for setup. Please note: 15 minutes before your scheduled end time, our staff will begin removing decorations and gathering personal belongings, which will be brought to the front for your convenience. Hosts will assist with setup, cleanup, and serving pizza and cake. Any time exceeding your scheduled party end time will incur an overtime charge of $55 per additional 15-minute increment, automatically applied. - To ensure a smooth check-in, please have all guests complete their waivers in advance at www.sweetlovekidplay.com. Prices and availability of items are subject to change at any time without prior notice. . Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non refundable. Parties may be rescheduled up to 14 days before the event date and must be rescheduled to a date within 6 months of the original party date.
Cancellation Policy
1. Deposit & Payments A non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. An invoice for the remaining balance will be sent two (2) weeks prior to your event for payment at your convenience. If payment is not received one (1) week prior to the event date, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. 2. Contract Submission The signed contract must be returned within one (1) week of booking to secure your reservation. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event date. Parties may be rescheduled up to 14 days before the event and must be rescheduled to a date within 6 months of the original party date. 4. Guest Limit Each party package includes a set number of guests. Additional guests will incur extra fees. Maximum capacity: 25 children and 60 total guests. 5. Arrival & Departure Policy Party hosts may arrive up to 20 minutes early for setup. Please note: 15 minutes prior to your scheduled end time, staff will begin removing decorations and collecting personal belongings, which will be brought to the front for your convenience. Hosts will assist with setup, cleanup, and serving pizza and cake. Outside Food & Beverages Outside food is permitted; however, hosts are responsible for cleaning any excessive spills or messes. Coolers for adult and child beverages are allowed but must remain at the front of the facility. Ice may not be disposed of anywhere in the facility, including bathrooms, sinks, drains, or fountains. 7. Decorations Decorations may only be hung using Command® strips (not provided). All decorations must be removed by the end of the party. • No glitter or confetti permitted • Decorations left behind will incur a $25 disposal fee • Balloons left behind will incur a $50 disposal fee 8. Socks Requirement All guests—children and adults—are required to wear Sweet Love Kid Play socks. No exceptions. Included socks per party type: • DIY, Basic, and Theme Parties: up to 12 children • Custom Theme Parties: up to 20 children Additional socks may be purchased on site. 9. Waiver Requirement All guests (both adults and children) must have a completed waiver on file before participating.
